Full Moon Release



1. Hand write on a piece of paper all the things you would like to release from yourself and your life - attitudes, pain, emotions, addictions, bad habits, weight, relationships, behaviours, toxic people and situations.

2. Go outside under the Full Moon, or waning moon, and read your list out loud.

3. Burn your list under the Full Moon, with a black or white candle, or in a cauldron, fire pit, or fire proof dish. Please be fire safety conscious!

4. Visualise the things you want to get rid of leaving your aura, environment or body. Feel the positive and relieved feelings you would feel if they were truly gone.

5. Thank the Moon and the Universe. Know that what you let go, will leave you. If you have a patron deity, or invoked the support of a Moon deity, thank them for their assistance. You could leave a little offering - a quartz crystal, or some water. A piece of your hair - something in return for their blessings.
